I’m the CEO and Owner of the Annie Ruth Statham I Care Memory Organization in San Antonio, Texas. We are a Non Profit that assist seniors who are experiencing dementia or Alzheimer’s with physical activity to stimulate their mental accuity.

The Challenges

What challengs were you attempting to correct when you began working with J3&T Solutions.

Our website was completely unusable. When guests found us, they had no idea what our mission was, who we were, or what they were supposed to do once they wound up on our website. We were struggling with clarity, ease of use, and mission oriented design.

The Approach

What was the scope of J3&T Solution’s involvement?

They listed to what I was looking for and began working on the development of our website immediately. They had our website live within 3 weeks.

They continue to support us through content management such as blog posts, and SEO. I am thinking about using their social media management services in the near future.

What is the team composition?

I speak with the principal partner of J3&T Solutions regularly, a minimum of once a week.

How did you come to work with J3&T Solutions?

I provided physical training sessions once per week at Symphony of Wimberley. Alex, at the time was their Executive Director. We discussed my website for weeks, before making the determination that J3&T Solutions would move forward with the redesign and deployment of icarememory.org.

What is the status of this engagement?

The Annie Ruth Statham I Care Memory Organization has started working with J3&T Solutions as far back as late September, 2024. We finalized our agreement in November, and haven’t been happier.
